The day after playing two friendly matches in one day (January 16) during their training camp in Turkey, Kyiv’s “Dynamo” held a training session on the football field.
This session was brief and focused on recovery. It began with a light jog, after which the field players competed in one of their favorite drills during this camp. Divided into four teams, each had to pass the ball through each team member in a circle and be the first to hit the small goals set up in the middle of the field.
Meanwhile, goalkeepers were working on their program, practicing specialized exercises. The session concluded with another jog for the field players. After the session, the team had mandatory recovery procedures.
This morning, the team will have a theoretical session, and in the evening—training on the field. On Monday morning, Oleksandr Shovkovskyi's team will head to Istanbul, where on Tuesday they will play their first official match of the year against Galatasaray in the 7th round of the main stage of the Europa League.
