The sports director of «Rukh», Volodymyr Lapytskyi, shared information about the outcome of the trial of central defender Bohdan Slyubik at «Dynamo».

He really wanted to go, show himself there, test his skills. We could not say “no” or prohibit it, so we agreed between the clubs for a short trial of the player. It was his request, a dream. «Rukh» accommodated him so that he could spend these two weeks with the Kyiv club.
—What is the outcome of Slyubik's trial at «Dynamo»?
— It ended with a conversation between him and the head coach. As far as I understand, Oleksandr Shovkovskyi wanted to keep him in the Kyiv team, but he did not guarantee him a place in the starting lineup and the number of minutes that we and Bohdan would like.
This was a mini-camp since «Dynamo» has Europa League matches, so there is no time for any experiments and to look more closely. For Bohdan to be the third defender or not to get a certain number of minutes… He believes he is not ready for that right now. He wants to play regularly, so he is returning to «Rukh» now.
As he told us, he wants to play here now. Especially since he had a minor injury, after which he just started to perform again. He is a candidate for the Ukrainian youth national team, which will participate in the European Championship this summer — Slyubik wants to show himself to get into the squad for this tournament. Everything is in his feet and head.
—Continuing to play for «Rukh» — is this the most likely scenario? Is there interest from other clubs and certain options before the end of the winter transfer window?
— There has always been interest in him, to be honest. But I will talk about concrete interest when club representatives communicated, not about rumors.
Yes, there are specific teams from England and Italy that have considered him and contacted the leadership of «Rukh», and we talked about this. I believe that the optimal option now is to stay at «Rukh» and play, have stable practice. In three months, help us achieve our goals and break into the youth national team for Euro. We believe that at «Rukh», Bohdan Slyubik will continue to progress and he will definitely bring a lot of benefits to our club. Eventually, he will have the opportunity to prove himself in leading European leagues.
