The now former midfielder of Kyiv’s “Dynamo” Oleksandr Andriyievsky, who yesterday made his debut for Zhytomyr’s “Polissya” (a friendly match against Polish “Lechia”, 0:1), shared his impressions of the first game with his new team.

“To be honest, I didn’t feel it was my first game. I felt very comfortable on the field. For a first game in training camp, I think it’s normal. Yes, the result isn’t pleasing, but overall it’s not bad. It’s better to concede here than in the championship. The main thing is to work on mistakes and move forward.
There’s definitely no sense of ease yet. Although we played a half (Andriyievsky was on the field for the second half, — ed. note.), it felt like we were under load. This is a normal situation in training camps. There’s nothing new here,” Andriyievsky said in a comment to the “Polissya” press service.
