News from the camp of the opponent of the Ukrainian national team in the current season's Nations League playoff round. The Belgian Football Association is negotiating with Spanish specialist Julen Lopetegui, journalist Sasha Tavolieri reports.

According to the source, Lopetegui, who was recently dismissed from West Ham, is currently the favorite for the position of the new head coach of the Belgian national team.

Earlier, the Belgian Football Association announced the termination of cooperation with German specialist Domenico Tedesco.

Recall that the Ukrainian national team will play against the Belgian national team for the right to advance to Division A of the Nations League on March 20 and 23.
