An important event took place in the conference hall of the Dynamo Stadium named after V. Lobanovsky. The management of the football club and the Dynamo Sports School was awarded a certificate from the Head of the Coordination Staff for the Treatment of Prisoners of War, Kyrylo Budanov. The award states: "For significant contribution to the social rehabilitation of children within the framework of the "People of the Future" project. I believe that through our joint efforts we will achieve Victory! Glory to Ukraine!"

Governments, businesses, humanitarian organizations, public organizations, and philanthropists unite in their desire and intention to create a better future for Ukrainian children, to give them the opportunity to grow, learn, play, and develop. It is important to remind them what life is like without war, integrate them into the international community, encourage international cooperation, exchange of information and skills, so that young participants can experience the diversity of national and international cultures.
— Last summer, we carried out a joint project with the Coordination Staff for the Treatment of Prisoners of War, — commented the event by the General Director of FC Dynamo (Kyiv), Dmytro Brif. — It was a tour of the stadium for 60 children of prisoners of war and fallen soldiers, after which a training session was organized for them at the club base in Koncha-Zaspa. It was a very fun game because essentially fifty children played against 11 former footballers, media representatives, etc. I remember that both Yevhen Khacherydi and Artem Kravets participated, so all the children were satisfied.
And for us, the main indicator is that children are receiving positive emotions in these difficult times that our state is experiencing. We direct all our efforts precisely towards this. Since the very beginning of the full-scale invasion, we have organized the evacuation of children from all regions where hostilities were taking place to safe territories. And we continue to support the children of military personnel, prisoners of war, their families and relatives throughout the entire period of the full-scale war.
The football club "Dynamo Kyiv," as well as the "Surkis Brothers" fund, constantly directs its activities towards ensuring that people have the opportunity to reintegrate into our society, as surviving the period of occupation, war, captivity is very difficult. And even more difficult for their families, relatives, children who have lost their parents. Therefore, we do not stop at this, but we will continue to work and contribute to victory.
— The event was dedicated to Ukraine's efforts aimed at the return of prisoners of war, — noted the Director of the Dynamo Sports School named after V. Lobanovsky, Oleksandr Ishchenko. — We helped organize a friendly football match involving the children of military personnel against adults — military personnel, media representatives, etc. This meeting took place at our base, on one field 11 adults and 46 children faced off, playing with three balls into six goals. You can imagine the emotions that were there!
Moreover, we conduct many other events in support of our military and defenders. With such friendly matches, we try to raise the morale and spirits of children and parents whose loved ones and relatives are in captivity, missing, recovering from injuries, serving on the front lines, and fighting for the independence of our country. We are talking about children from all over Ukraine, and besides the football component, we present them with gifts, treat them with sweets, and provide a warm and pleasant atmosphere.
