The Control and Disciplinary Committee of the Ukrainian Football Association has made a decision:
Dmytro Kutakov“Having reviewed the materials provided by the Ethics and Fair Play Committee regarding possible violations of the code of ethics and fair play by arbitration observer Dmytro Kutakov, prohibit Dmytro Kutakov from engaging in any activities related to football (administrative, sporting, etc.) for a period of 3 (three) years (for failure to comply with the requirements of the Ethics and Fair Play Code of UAF, namely: the obligation to refrain from any conduct that harms or may harm the integrity of matches and competitions; the obligation not to use in his activities methods and means that may have illegal or improper influence on the course and/or outcome of a match or competition, with the aim of obtaining an advantage for himself or a third party),” - says the statement on the official website of UAF.
