Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah expressed his desire to win trophies before he and a few other experienced players leave the club.

"My motivation this year is to win trophies and to play an important role in victory, especially in the English Premier League.

Those of us left in the team are me, Virgil van Dijk, Trent Alexander-Arnold, Alisson Becker, Joe Gomez, and Robbo, so that’s five or six players. Therefore, I think we need to win another trophy before we all go. We've managed to win almost everything, but in the EPL, we've only won once. I hope we can do it twice; that would be great,” Salah said, as reported by TEAMtalk.
