The head coach of Manchester City, Josep Guardiola, stated that next season his team will start showing better results than today.
“Three months ago I felt that this season we would suffer, and that’s exactly what happened. The same will happen again. Some say: ‘After the match with Ipswich they came back.’ Or they say: ‘After the game with Leicester they came back.’ I want to respond to this by saying that the team still needs time. Next season we will really come back. Right now the question is to survive and qualify for the Champions League,” Guardiola’s words are quoted by Goal.
