The former forward of Kiev’s Dynamo Artem Besedin approved the strategy of his club’s management to focus on its own trainees.

This is a very difficult path that requires a lot of painstaking work. Of course, this will affect the team’s performance in European competitions.
But I believe this is the right approach. Mainly Ukrainians are playing, our guys. At the same time, in a recent match against Galatasaray in the Europa League, we saw that the team did not lose its composure and finished the match with dignity. I believe that with each match, the young guys will progress and gain experience.
