According to the source, the current coach of Lviv’s «Rukh», Vitaliy Ponomaryov, may replace the Dutchman as head coach of the Kharkiv team. The Ukrainian specialist’s entourage is actively lobbying for his candidacy before the management of «Metalist 1925».
This season, Vitaliy Ponomaryov continues to lead the crisis-ridden «Rukh», which has lost key players. The «yellow-blacks» are in seventh place in the standings, having 23 tournament points after 17 matches played. «Metalist 1925» is only in fifth place in the first league table in the «Championship group» with 25 points in their account.
