Ukrainian forward Roman Yaremchuk of Greek club "Olympiacos" may join Italian club "Venezia" on loan until the end of the season, reported well-known insider Gianluca Di Marzio.

According to the source, the management of "Venezia" views the 29-year-old player as a replacement for Joel Pohjanpalo, who will change clubs this winter and has already said goodbye to the fans of his current team.
