The German «RB Leipzig» has decided to make a full transfer for the Dutch forward Xavi Simons, reports football insider Florian Plettenberg.

According to the source, the German club is willing to pay 50 million euros for the 21-year-old player, with another 30 million coming to PSG in the form of bonuses.
