Malinovsky trained with the main group of Genoa for the first time after a serious injury

Ukrainian midfielder of Genoa Ruslan Malinovsky, who suffered a leg fracture back in September, is close to his full recovery.

As reported by genoanews1893.it, yesterday the 31-year-old footballer partially trained with the main group of his team for the first time after this serious injury. Thus, Malinovsky has every chance to help the Ukrainian national team in the March matches against Belgium (on March 20 and 23) for the right to qualify for Division A of the Nations League.

Additionally, due to the injury, Malinovsky has only played 6 matches for Genoa this season. He has one assist to his name.
