Director of «Obolon» Oleksandr Riznychenko confirmed the information that a transfer ban was imposed on the club and explained the reasons for such a decision.

— Can you confirm that UAF imposed a “transfer ban” on «Obolon»?
— Yes, they imposed it.
— Did they explain the reason for this?
— I will explain to you: because we did not pay for the VAR referees, as we request that they provide us with either certificates of completed works or confirmation letters regarding the amounts they received from us. So that in case of a tax audit we can confirm this. Because we do not have a contract with UAF regarding these matters, nothing.
— So, UAF did not provide you with these documents, am I understanding correctly?
— Yes, they do not provide us with financial confirmations, financial documents regarding the funds we should transfer to them. Today they supposedly sent us a contract, I haven’t seen it yet, the lawyer just sent it in the evening, but if it suits us — we will transfer the funds.
There are no issues with the funds at all, but there are issues with the exchange of accounting documents. There must be a legal basis for us to transfer the funds there.
