Bayern winger Mathis Tel has declined to play for London\'s Tottenham, reports Sky Sport Germany.

Recently, Spurs reached a verbal agreement with Bayern regarding the acquisition of Tel for £50 million. On Friday, Tottenham president Daniel Levy personally went to Munich to finalize the transfer of the 19-year-old player.
