Bayern winger Mathis Tel has declined to play for London\'s Tottenham, reports Sky Sport Germany.

On Friday, Tottenham president Daniel Levy personally went to Munich to finalize the transfer of the 19-year-old player. However, Tel rejected a full transfer to Tottenham, and the London club is not interested in a loan deal.
