“Aston Villa” has signed attacking midfielder Marco Asensio from French PSG on loan until the end of the season.
According to the BBC, “Aston Villa” will fully pay Asensio's salary, however, the Birmingham club did not receive an option to buy Marco at the end of the season.
Asensio scored seven goals in 47 matches for PSG since his move from “Real” in the summer of 2023, but this season he has only made eight appearances in the starting lineup in Ligue 1.
The 29-year-old Asensio, who has won the Champions League three times with “Real”, became the fourth new signing for Unai Emery's team in this transfer window after Marcus Rashford, Doniel Malen, and Andres Garcia.
