The head coach of “Como” Cesc Fabregas shared his thoughts on working in the top division of Italian football.

It’s a different world and a different level. I communicate with many people who help me understand many things. For example, I talked to Vincenzo Italiano, and he asked me a question that really made me think. I still have a lot of room for improvement,” quoted Fabregas by Football Italia.
This is Fabregas's first season as head coach of a Serie A club. “Como” appointed the Spanish specialist in the second half of the 2023/2024 season, and Cesc managed to lead the team to promotion from Serie B.
