Kyiv Dynamo midfielder Andriy Yarmolenko commented on the result of the friendly match against Shkendija at the Turkish training camp.
Andriy Yarmolenko— Buyalsky just asked us to say that it was he who taught you to shoot with your heel.
— Yes, yes (laughs). We stay after every training session, and he shows me how to shoot the ball properly. I take an example from our captain.
— Are you dedicating the goal to him?
— Yes, exclusively to him (laughs). Thank you, Vitaliy.
— Is it easier to work in the second part of the training camp? Are you already familiar with the ball?
— (Laughs.) Some of us are formal, some are informal. We're working normally. We've already played two official games, so it's time to show quality on the football field. Of course, there will always be mistakes, but this is a normal process. The most important thing is to prepare well for the Ukrainian championship.
— What impression did the young footballers who played today make on you?
— I already praised them in the locker room because their desire was evident. Of course, something may not work out, but it's normal when there is enthusiasm and bright eyes. They try to use every minute on the football field. That's how it should be; footballers value the Dynamo emblem and the chance given to them by the coaching staff. They are doing great, but there is still a lot to work on; the most important thing is not to stop.
— Will you cheer for Dynamo U-19 in the match against Atalanta?
— We have a game on that day, so we won't be able to go to the stadium to support the guys. But of course, we'll be cheering for them.
