The General Director of «Obolon», Oleksandr Riznychenko, confirmed that the transfer ban is expected to be lifted in the near future.

«Yes, it is true. We received the necessary documents from UAF — what we wanted. I believe that on Monday, as soon as the financial department of UAF sends us the invoice, we will pay for everything. We will resolve this issue before submitting the application,» Riznychenko said.

Earlier, Riznychenko stated that the reason for the transfer ban was non-payment for VAR referees. «Obolon» wanted to receive either execution reports or confirmation letters that UAF received funds from them, so that in case of a tax audit, the club could confirm this.

UAF stated that «invoices were sent to ‘Obolon’ through UPL, as defined by the regulatory documents».
