YushchakCoaches from all age categories, administrators, and managers gathered at the Football House to discuss key aspects of team operations and the further development of a shared work philosophy. The meeting will last for two days, allowing for a deeper examination of important strategic issues. One of the central topics was the formation of a unified updated vertical of the national teams, which foresees a clear structure, principles for player preparation, and their integration into the country’s main team. The curator of the youth and junior direction of Ukraine’s teams, Unai Melgosa, who led the meeting, emphasized the importance of coordinated work among representatives of all levels of the teams for a gradual and quality transition of players between categories.
The meeting also addressed the issues of forming a unified philosophy for the teams, organizing training camps, developing scouting, and systematizing requirements for players. The new scouting department will be engaged in finding talented footballers not only in Ukraine but also abroad, significantly expanding the staffing potential of the national teams. During the discussion, it was emphasized that the systematization of requirements for players would facilitate easier transitions between age categories and speed up adaptation to the national team.
The meeting is held in an open dialogue format, where participants not only exchange opinions but also actively seek ways to improve the existing system. Ahead lies the practical implementation of all developments. A detailed structure of the national teams and new personnel appointments will be published later.
