Interestingly, according to data from the Transfermarkt portal, "Flamengo" received 17 million euros from "Shakhtar" for Еліас. An additional 3 million euros are provided as bonuses.
Thus, the Brazilian's transfer became the third most expensive in the history of the UPL after the transfers of Bernard from "Atlético Mineiro" (25 million euros) and Pedrinho from "Benfica" (18 million euros). Both players also previously transferred to "Shakhtar".
