It is in our power to restart the system and restore the young referee school. We can also involve international consultants who will help improve the quality of our officiating.
For this area to develop better, we must understand that referees are just like regular people; they can make mistakes. To yield better results, we must know their needs. Cooperation with them is very important. I emphasize once again, they are just like regular people, the same kind of workers in the single football ecosystem of Ukraine," said Shevchenko.
