General Director of Karpaty Andrii Rusol talked about plans regarding the Rukh academy after signing an agreement with the club to join efforts for the development of Lviv football.
Andrii Rusol“The Rukh academy remains the Rukh academy. There are certain points that we do not want to discuss right now. Because after the news, it already started: “Oh, this is a farm club, they will throw matches” or something else. That’s why we decided to first ask the regulator – in this case, the UAF – what we can do, what we cannot do, to avoid crossing the line of legality.
So we need some time to say what we can do in terms of cooperation with Rukh regarding the academy. We will get the result – and then we will have a clear structure. And we will inform about it separately,” Rusol said.
