The Spanish club Barcelona announced on its official website the extension of the contract with defender Pau Kubarsi.

“Extending the contract with the Catalan once again shows that the club intends to continue promoting young talents from La Masia. He recently turned 18, but he has already played 60 matches for the first team,” the club’s statement said.
In the current season of the Spanish championship, 18-year-old Pau Kubarsi has played 23 matches, in which he made three assists. He also has eight games in the Champions League and three in the Copa del Rey.
