The Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine responded to a request from Tribuna.com regarding the departure of "Kolos-2" for training camps in Turkey.

The Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, within its competence, processed your request for public information regarding the clarification of the circumstances of the departure abroad of the "Kolos-2" team dated February 7, 2025, and informs as follows.
The football club "Kolos" has the status of a professional football club of Ukraine and is a member of the Association of Professional Football Clubs of Ukraine "Premier League," which conducts competitions of the highest division of the championship of Ukraine among men’s teams.
According to subparagraph 2 of paragraph 211 of the Regulations on Crossing the State Border by Citizens of Ukraine, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 57 dated January 27, 1995, in case of the introduction of martial law in Ukraine, it is allowed to permit athletes, coaches included in the composition of the teams of the highest division sports clubs, persons who provide organizational, scientific-methodological, medical support, included in the composition of the teams of the highest division sports clubs, sports judges, referees to participate in sporting events and/or sports competitions held abroad.
FC "Kolos" Kovalyvka has three professional teams in its composition participating in the Ukrainian championship "Premier League" (first team), "Premier League" (U-19), and the championship of Ukraine among teams of the Professional Football League (second team).
The mentioned teams are a structural division of FC "Kolos," which allows the transfer of athletes and staff between the mentioned teams within the club according to its needs, allowed by the regulatory norms of the Ukrainian Football Association.
Based on the above, we inform that all players of FC "Kolos" are registered in UAF as players of the Premier League team, which allowed providing a letter signed by the Minister of Youth and Sports of Ukraine to the State Border Guard Service regarding the participation of these players in a training camp in m. Antalya (Republic of Turkey) and the crossing of the state border by the relevant persons," the statement says.
It should be noted that the press service of "Kolos" deleted a post on Instagram about the departure of "Kolos-2" to Turkey.
