Former midfielder of “Dynamo” Sergiy Rybalka, who plays for the amateur club “Lisne”, assessed the level of amateur teams and representatives of the first and second leagues:

“The level in amateur football is quite high now. It is no different from the first or second leagues. We have met in friendly matches with such teams and understood that there is no difference between us at all. I am confident that FC “Lisne” would not lag behind in the first league. They could probably compete for a spot among the top four teams. There's a stereotype that amateur football is weak, but that is far from the truth,” — Rybalka is quoted by the Gool_ua page on Instagram.
