The general director of LNZ Andrii Koliskyn commented on rumors that he may be dismissed from his position.
Andrii Koliskyn
“I have been working at LNZ for a year and a half. The first season - as the technical director, the current season - as the general director. Organizing transfer processes was not and is not part of my responsibilities, as mentioned by the “insiders”.
All transfer processes, as it should be, are handled by the sports department (sports director, chief scout, and head coach). All of them are professionals in their field, who follow the chosen model of the club’s development.
I do not engage in micromanagement, so selection and transfer activities cannot be my work in principle when we have a professional sports department. Throughout this time, my help was needed in organizing three transfers in the previous season, when we had to make a large number of transitions in a short time and the volume of tasks was too great.
As the general director, I coordinate all processes in the club every day (from the Academy's work to interaction with UPL) to ensure that the club moves within the chosen long-term development strategy, gradually becoming financially stable and bringing positive emotions to our fans.
P.S. Do not trust such “insider” information, because their only task is to create intrigue within Ukrainian football. Few work to build something, the majority parasitize or destroy,” Koliskyn wrote in his Telegram channel.
