The head coach of Kryvyi Rih "Kryvbas", Yuriy Vernydub, talked about his expectations for the spring part of the Ukrainian championship.
Yuriy Vernydub— I would like to conduct the spring part of the championship the way we finished the autumn. At that time, our squad stabilized, and we gained good momentum. "Kryvbas" had many wins, thanks to which we climbed to fourth place and even pulled slightly ahead of our pursuers. But I understand well that when the championship resumes, in terms of competitive struggle, it is already something entirely different.
Every team that is contending for something realizes that there is very little time and a loss of points can negatively affect the final result. So I will repeat: we understand well what we want and what exactly we need. Therefore, we will do everything possible to move forward and perform no worse than last year," said Vernydub.
