The famous Ukrainian coach and now expert Oleg Fedorchuk shared his expectations for the second part of the current Ukrainian championship season.

— Can Dynamo feel safe with the current advantage over its competitors?
— We could talk about Dynamo's total advantage only under one condition — if they strengthened their squad, but we see that Dynamo has not strengthened the team and has even let go of Shepelev, Andriyevsky, and Bushchan.
— Does Shakhtar's restructuring put a cross on the championship prospects of the Donetsk team?
— I am surprised by Pushich's behavior, who in the transfer policy acts as if it is not the coach's concern, but the management of Shakhtar. It does not look very solid. There are many problems in Shakhtar, but the problematic positions have still not been filled. This reinforcement does not look systematic but chaotic.
— Will Oleksandriya have enough resilience considering their recent acquisitions?
— Oleksandriya's performance and Rotan's transformation, solid behavior regarding the situation with Kalyuzhny show that they definitely should be in the top three.
— Is Kryvbas capable of staying in the top-4?
— Vernydub knows how to pull teams out of difficult situations. The club has a business model; there is no arbitrariness in management. Everything is in the hands of football people, so they have everything to avoid dropping out of the Eurocup zone.
— The loud deal between Rukh and Karpaty became one of the most discussed during the pause. Who do you think is the biggest beneficiary in this story?
— Rukh and Karpaty have benefited. Lupashko has lost because the interests of the club may clash with his coaching ideas on how to integrate a group of players into his model. Let's see.
— Which transfer impressed you the most?
— A good transfer campaign at Oleksandriya; I would also highlight the signing of Shepelev.
— Will the struggle for survival go on until the last?
— Directly, Obolon will definitely not relegated. I do not see how the players who joined Chornomorets could help change the situation.
— Which team might surprise in the second part of the season?
— LNZ should surprise — given the name of the new coach and the opportunities the club has. I also want Rukh to perform as well as Karpaty. Ponomaryov has shown that he can build teams and — most importantly — uncover new talents thanks to discipline and high intensity.
— Will Vanat succeed in defending the title of the top scorer of the UPL?
— Vanat, if served correctly and if the team plays for him, has every chance of becoming the best this season.
— Do you see preconditions for the first potential coaching resignation after the resumption of the championship?
— This will concern the teams fighting for survival more. God forbid that Vorskla runs out of money and that this does not affect the club. This causes me the most concern.
I would like Mr. Povorozniuk to shift the focus to football, as he does in other areas of activity, so as not to lose the unique football project Inhulets.
