Throughout the history of the Ukrainian championship, starting from 1992, the list of the best foreign goal scorers is led by Maksym Shatskikh, who scored 118 goals as a foreigner from Uzbekistan until 2013, then became a citizen of Ukraine and, in his new status, increased the total number of goals in the Ukrainian championship to 124.
