Ukrainian forward of the Greek Olympiacos, Roman Yaremchuk, commented on his team’s resounding victory over AEK (6:0) in the semi-final match of the Greek Cup, in which he scored a double and also recorded an assist.
Roman Yaremchuk“I think everyone who was on the field today showed the coach that we are hungry for victories. We demonstrated what we can do and gave our all. It was a challenging match because we wanted to prove to ourselves what we are worth. The fans helped us by creating a fantastic atmosphere.
As for my double, I am here to do my job. I am proud to be here, in this great club. I came here to work hard. Today, I played in the starting lineup in front of our fans for the first time. I worked hard to prove to the coach that I deserve this. And I am, of course, happy to have scored two goals,” — Yaremchuk's words are quoted by Sport24.
