From the very beginning of the spring part of the championship, Odessa "Chernomorets" has been suffering from staff problems. However, while before the last two rounds they were not widespread, the situation at present is far from better.

As it became known to Sport.ua, for various reasons in Zhytomyr in the match of the 20th round against "Polissia", the coaching staff of the "sailors" could not use ten players at once.
Four players were absent from the squad due to viral illness — Yaroslav Kysil, Bohdan Biloshevskyi, Ilya Shevtsov, and Oleksiy Khoblenko, while Artem Priasyzhnyuk, Brazilian Joao Netu, Danilo Udod, and Denys Bezborodko are still in the hospital. Two more players — on loan from "Polissia", Bohdan Panchyshyn and Azerbaijani Emil Mustafayev did not have the right to play in this match due to a contract that exists between the clubs.
However, for the captain of "Chernomorets", Bohdan Butko, who had been in the club's infirmary since February, health issues are now behind him. That is why the coaching staff of the "sailors" involved him in the game, bringing him on as a substitute.
In the match of the 20th round of the Ukrainian championship, "Chernomorets" lost to "Polissia" with a score of 1:3.
