20-year-old left winger of Sunderland and the Costa Rica national team, Jewison Bennette, will continue his career in the Ukrainian Premier League.

According to information from Sport.ua, the footballer has already signed a three-year contract with Cherkasy LNZ, which will be officially announced shortly.

The transfer of Bennette will cost LNZ €500,000, although part of this amount is specified in the agreement as bonuses.

Bennette moved to Sunderland in the summer of 2022 from Costa Rican club Herediano for €1.3 million. For the Black Cats, the winger played 21 matches, scoring 2 goals and providing 2 assists.

Notably, Bennette was part of the Costa Rica national team during the group stage of the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, playing all three matches for his team.
