London’s Arsenal sees no point in keeping its Ukrainian defender Oleksandr Zinchenko in the team.
Oleksandr ZinchenkoAccording to the Daily Mail, the 28-year-old foreign player is included in Arsenal’s transfer list for the upcoming summer.
The publication notes that there are two reasons for this decision. Firstly, Zinchenko has completely failed to compete for his position on the left flank of defense this season: he is currently behind Jurriën Timber, Riccardo Calafiori, and even young Myles Lewis-Skelly. Secondly, the Ukrainian's contract with the Gunners expires at the end of the next season.
Additionally, in the current season, Zinchenko has only participated in 16 matches for Arsenal and has only been in the starting lineup of his team 4 times.
