The squad of the Ukraine U-16 youth national team has been determined for the tournament in Romania

The Ukraine U-16 national team (footballers not older than 2009) will participate in the four-nation tournament hosted by Romania in March.

In the competition, the "blue-yellows," who are preparing for the Euro-2026 U-17 qualifiers, will meet their peers from Poland (March 20, starting at 15:00), Romania (March 22, 12:00), and Montenegro (March 24, 15:00).

The coaching staff, led by Oleg Holodyuk, has called up 22 players for the assembly.

Goalkeepers: Dmytro Pozhar ("Dynamo" Kyiv), Denys Stolyarenko ("Legia," Poland), Hlib Udovychenko ("Atletico," Spain).

Defenders: Mykyta Tsarychanskyi ("Dynamo"), Maksym Koval, Mykhailo Harbar (both - "Shakhtar"), Bohdan Levytskyi ("Rukh"), Nazar Rudzeiv (without a club), Illia Yablonskyi ("Sporting," Lisbon, Portugal), Tymofii Solodarenko ("Werder," Bremen, Germany), Denys Plaminsky ("Hajduk," Split, Croatia)

Midfielders: Nazar Huryn ("Dynamo"), Stanislav Shukalovych, Arsenii-Tymofii Trokhim, Arsenii Safonov (all - "Shakhtar"), Artem Rybak ("Barcelona," Spain), Yehor Koshii ("Bayer," Leverkusen, Germany), Adam Huram ("Hajduk," Split, Croatia).

From May 4 to 9, our youth will participate in the UEFA Development Tournament, where they will compete against peers from Greece, Finland (the host), and Hungary.
