The legendary player and coach of “Dynamo” Yozhef Sabo commented on the battle for the first place in the Ukrainian championship, mentioning the clash between Vladyslav Vanat and Matviy Ponomarenko.
“This should not happen. They need to be reconciled because they are one team and there should be peace. Vanat and Ponomarenko should be brought to the negotiation table. I think Shovkovskyi must intervene and steer the situation.
“Shakhtar” is losing points, “Dynamo” is losing points. It's some kind of disaster! Can we congratulate “Dynamo” on winning the championship? No way! There are still many matches ahead, including the Classic. The blunders of the giants can certainly be used by "Oleksandriya." Rotan has picked up a good team.
I was also surprised by Pushych's statement, who said that “Shakhtar” lost its chances for the championship. A coach shouldn't say such things! It can relax the players. Apparently, Pushych is really upset. “Shakhtar” has a good squad, they've signed expensive Brazilians, but Pushych has completely failed to build a game,” said Sabo.
