However, it will be difficult for "Internacional" to hope for even an extension of Vitinho’s lease. At least for now. The president of "Dynamo," Igor Surkis, recently stated that the club is interested in bringing Vitinho back. And they couldn’t resist his current loan to Kyiv: it was made under a temporary FIFA rule that allows legionnaires of Ukrainian clubs to unilaterally move on loan to other teams during the war in Ukraine (the rule does not apply to foreign players who joined Ukrainian teams after the war began).
