«Shakhtar» appealed to the Economic Court of Dnipropetrovsk region with a statement for opening proceedings in the case of bankruptcy of «Dnipro-1».
This is evidenced by the court decision, the text of which is published in the state register access service.
However, the court left the statement without movement as the Donetsk club did not pay the court fee of 30,280 hryvnias, therefore it was submitted without compliance with the requirements.
«Shakhtar» has 5 days from March 10 to rectify the deficiencies of the statement and provide properly executed evidence of payment of the court fee. Otherwise, the statement will be considered unsubmitted and will be returned.
