Experienced Barcelona goalkeeper Wojciech Szczęsny is close to signing a new deal with the Catalan club.

According to Mundo Deportivo, the head coach of the blaugranas, Hans-Dieter Flick, has also agreed to extend the contract with the 34-year-old goalkeeper. The new deal for the Polish keeper is expected to run until the summer of 2026.
