Mauricio Pochettino— Perhaps it is not easy for people to understand why we made this decision. After many years of work, our coaching staff needed a challenge. We wanted to open up and learn to do things differently. That’s why we turned our attention to this opportunity, and when the offer came, we said “Yes” immediately.
It is an incredible experience when your team is hosting the World Cup. Especially when we are talking about the USA. Too many good things arise at this moment, and of course, one of the reasons I agreed to this job was that the World Cup is coming very soon. You don’t have to wait four years to play in the World Cup, but less than two years,— said Mauricio Pochettino.
