Albanian forward “Alexandria” Tedi Cara, who joined the team in December last year, shared his first impressions of playing for the “city team”.

— With you in the lineup, “Alexandria” won 3 out of 4 matches in the UPL. Are you satisfied with this result?
— I am satisfied, but if we had managed to earn a point in the match against “Shakhtar”, it would have been even better. I believe we deserved something from that match we played against “Shakhtar”.
— What else can you add regarding the match against “Shakhtar”?
— This was my first match against “Shakhtar” — a team with a football history that plays in the Champions League every year. It was a good match, and we put the “Shakhtar” team in a difficult position.
— What do you think are “Alexandria’s” chances of becoming the champion of Ukraine?
— We will play all matches in order with the goal to win. We will give our maximum on the field in every game, fighting for 3 points in each match. And then we will calculate at the end of the season.
— Do you think “Alexandria” should finish in the top-2 or top-3 of the UPL by the end of the season?
— Yes, because “Alexandria” deserves this position. The team plays and continues to play beautiful football. It has earned all the points it has gained.
— What do you say about the training under the guidance of Ruslan Rotan?
— Rotan is a very positive coach. The atmosphere in the team under his guidance is positive. We are all satisfied and hope it will continue like this.
— Ukraine will meet Belgium in the Nations League playoff. What do you think about these matches?
— I think the Ukrainian national team has a group of good players and it has a chance to advance further.
