The Turkish «Galatasaray» wants to strengthen its team with Ukrainian goalkeeper from Madrid’s «Real», Sporx reports.

According to the source, the 26-year-old goalkeeper is the main candidate for Istanbul to replace the current first-choice goalkeeper Fernando Muslera, who will leave his current club next summer due to the expiration of his contract (the parties decided not to extend their cooperation).
It is also reported that soon «Galatasaray» will start official negotiations with «Real» regarding Lunin’s transfer and will begin contacts with the goalkeeper himself. One of the arguments for the Ukrainian from the Turkish club will be the prospect of playing in the Champions League next season. «Galatasaray» has not yet guaranteed the championship title, but with 10 rounds left in the current Turkish championship, Okan Buruk's team is leading the standings, ahead of second-placed «Fenerbahçe» by 9 points.
Additionally, apart from «Galatasaray», there is also interest in Lunin from English «Manchester United», French PSG, and Munich’s «Bayern».
