"Newcastle" plans to sign 22-year-old Liverpool defender Jarrell Kwansa, reports The Times.
Jarrell KwansaAccording to the source, last year Kwansa could have ended up at "Newcastle" as a makeweight in the transfer of Anthony Gordon. However, now the "Magpies" plan to pay about £30 million plus bonuses for Kwansa. Liverpool, of course, values their academy graduate at a higher amount, but this could change if the Merseysiders agree on the transfer of Alexander Isak.
It should be noted that in the current season, Jarrell Kwansa has played 22 matches for "Liverpool".
