— An unpleasant aftertaste remained from the first half because of our players’ actions, while in the second half we leveled the game. Of course, there is still a lack of skill, and there is much to work on.
— Can you explain why before the match the players do not understand what to do, but then in the second half they play as they should?
— You know, we work during the week and try to analyze our performance. And here, it seemed, they showed how «Alexandria» plays and how to act on the opponent's standards. They said that «Alexandria» scores most of their goals after corners or free kicks. Perhaps psychologically we can’t get in the right mindset. Somewhere the air alert played its role.
— Why didn’t you play against «Kryvbas» the next day?
— «Kryvbas» categorically refused to play the next day. They motivated this by saying that they have too many players on national duty. You should ask them why they were so categorical.
— Will the fact that «Dynamo» has a cup match before your game help you?
— «Dynamo» is still «Dynamo». We need to play with confidence, and then we can count on a result.
