Fiorentina defender Robin Gözens shared a horrific episode about the cardiac arrest of his teammate Edoardo Bove during an Italian championship match.

Let’s remember that Bove collapsed on the field 15 minutes into the game against Inter in December 2024. The player was quickly transported to the hospital to the intensive care unit. Since then, Edoardo has undergone heart surgery that allowed him to have a subcutaneous defibrillator implanted.
