According to the source, from the next season Everton will play at the 53,000-seat stadium, the construction of which in the port area of Bramley-Moore Dock is in its final phase.

Initially, when designing the new stadium, Everton planned to invest £500 million, however, the latest financial report from the Toffees shows that by June 30, 2024, the club has already spent £802,121,353.

Thus, Everton has exceeded its budget by more than 60 percent, and this is still not the final amount.
