The Ukrainian Football Association is starting the recruitment of young football players born in 2018-2019 to the UAF Football Development Center. This is a unique opportunity for children to receive quality training using modern European methodologies under the guidance of experienced coaches.

One of the directions of the UAF Football Development Center is the comprehensive development of the child, taking into account their age characteristics and individual needs.
“We are launching our first UAF Football Development Center, and this is one of the important steps of the association in popularizing football and involving more children in it. Coaches will work using modern methodologies that are successfully employed by the best football training centers.
Our task is to create conditions and an atmosphere that encourage children to engage in football. We want the child to leave training filled with emotions and return to the field not alone, but with friends. Engaging more children in physical activity is our priority now. The UAF Football Development Center is not just about training or sports. It is primarily a tool for forming a sense of belonging and involvement in a unified football community,” noted UAF President Andriy Shevchenko.
The program includes:
— training using methodologies from leading European academies, including English "Manchester City";
— work under the guidance of qualified coaches who have undergone internships and continue training at "Manchester City";
— a high level of involvement of the coaching staff in the educational process and an individual approach to each student;
— development of physical qualities and formation of a healthy lifestyle;
— teaching teamwork and developing football thinking;
— improving skills in quick analysis and decision-making on the field;
— fostering respect and adherence to the principles of fair play;
— building discipline and self-confidence;
— creating a safe and positive environment that meets the needs of each child.
Training at the UAF Football Development Center is free of charge. This is part of the UAF program to popularize mass football among children and engage them in an active lifestyle. Both boys and girls can join the recruitment.
