There is no pressure or bias in the selection of players by the coaches, and there cannot be. Everyone works within the clearly defined vertical of their powers and in the interests of the development of the national teams of Ukraine.
As for the selection of players, our scouting process is based on the highest level of professionalism. Decisions are never based on a single source of information — we compile numerous detailed reports to ensure the identification and selection of potentially the best players for the national team,” said Melgosa.
