The coach of the blue and yellows stated that friendly matches with the Canadians and New Zealanders will be seen as a preparation phase for the World Cup qualifying round of 2026.
These matches will take place in the fall when the national team of Ukraine will compete for a ticket to the World Cup against France, Azerbaijan, and Iceland.
