Former forward of the "miners" Andriy Vorobey shared his thoughts on the semi-final matchups of the Ukrainian Cup "Bukovyna" — "Dynamo" and "Polissia" — "Shakhtar".

Since the semi-finals will be a single match, predicting the result will be difficult. Of course, in my opinion, there will be favorites in the final. But this is the Cup, and surprises can happen everywhere. And the match "Polissia" — "Shakhtar" is particularly unclear because the Zhytomyr team has never lost to the Donetsk team. Moreover, the match will be in Zhytomyr. Of course, "Shakhtar" is the favorite, but everyone can see the statistics of games between these teams. So this pair is unpredictable.
As for the match "Bukovyna" — "Dynamo", the Kyiv team is clearly the favorite. But the semi-final will be a single game. Moreover, it will be an away match for the Kyivans. So there can also be surprises in this match. In the quarter-finals, "Dynamo" did not have an easy time against "Rukh". Although, in my opinion, the Lviv team was stronger than "Dynamo" in that cup match. Yes, it can be said that the second squad played for the Kyivans, but nonetheless. "Rukh" created many moments and was even closer to winning than "Dynamo". So in the pair "Bukovyna" — "Dynamo", it is still not clear.
These two Cup semi-finals are hard to predict. This is football! And favorites get knocked out. But, in my opinion, I would like it to be the final "Dynamo" — "Shakhtar". Yes, a classic! — said Vorobey.
